Fashion designer Anand Jon has passed a polygraph examination, according to LA Weekly. According to the documents provided by the polygrapher, JoMac & Associates, the questions asked regard the most serious charge of rape; those documents show scientifically that Anand Jon is telling the truth that he did not rape that woman. It is not consistent to what Jessie Bloor, the complaining witness, said under oath.
Anand Jon, through a spokesperson, is challenging Jessie B to take the same test: "All she has to do is show up."
Directly taken from court transcripts and from the prosecutions expert witnesses, there was only one medical kit conducted during this whole case. That medical kit was negative for any signs of trauma. Also, on November 7th, the prosecutor stated in open court that there was "no violence, no injuries and no weapons used."
Anand Jon and his supporters issued this challenge:
"The results of the rape kit were negative, there are no assault findings, no trauma, no injuries and simply based on her words I was charged and convicted for something that I did not do. I now invite and challenge Jessie B to repeat her words while she was under oath with a lie detector test as I did. She won't dare to. Only she, myself and God know what really happened and it's time to put to test the rumors and put to rest the lies. It's time for me to go home by ending this circus once and for all. I don't know how people like these go to sleep at night but I just want to beat this and go home and not dwell on the negative and become bitter and vindictive – that's the real challenge."

All indications of Jessie B's behavior before and after even in her own words show consensual intimacy. Even prosecution expert witnesses concede that any of the tests / reports could indicate consensual sex and does not indicate anything forced.
During the trial, when asked why she didn't just simply leave, her unbelievably ridiculous excuses include: "he could harm me" and "he may kill me…"
Jessie B also testified that she "was scared watching him meditate and was afraid of his aura…"
NOTE: One of the discrepancies from the grand jury to the trial is the placement of these activities. In the grand jury the meditation and book reading took place after the "incident". In the trial, the mediation and reading took place before the "incident". Did someone prep Jessie B for what looked more believable? Is that why she changed her story?
Under oath Jessie B says that they did not have a personal relationship. Jessie B testified to a "strictly professional" relationship and contact, but clearly her "Hey babe…Miss you and can't wait to see you...hugs and kisses" email was anything but professional:
Jessie B testified that they had known each other and had been talking for months, had extensive communication via text message, phone, email and chats through the computer (Instant Messenger) – "over 40 phone calls", she said.
From the testimony of Jessie B. Jessie B also admits that she herself picked a flight that arrived after midnight. She also admits that they "made out" and that "he came onto her while on the couch". After that she changed into sleepwear and followed him into his bedroom. She lay on the mattress – all of her own free will. She also admits she knew of two roommates were there. There was nothing in this testimony indicated any type of assault.
There were no signs of violence, trauma, or injuries.
There were no corroborating witnesses.
There was no corroborating evidence.
Jessie B also admits during testimony that the following morning she had no issues and that there were four other people in the apartment. Jessie did not complain to them or to her friends and family that she was on the phone with that morning. Jessie B., in fact, admits she was quite involved in discussions about labels, colors, and latest fashion trends with Anand Jon's roommates and staff.
Jessie goes on in her testimony to admit she thought it was "cool" to try on some signature Anand Jon designer tops. While modeling some of his jeans she asked him, "When are we going to do a photo shoot?"
TMZ reports that a witness says that once the roommates took Jessie B for the walk she seemed to have turned 180 degrees. Whatever was said or what happened during that walk is unknown between all three because the under oath versions of Holly, Lori and Jessie B do not match.
Whatever was said or happened during this walk got her so upset she left abruptly. At this point in her own words she felt "taken advantage of". A few hours later however another set of "friends" of hers she admits pressured and "convinced" her to cry rape. Anand Jon was charged and surprisingly convicted of multiple counts of sexual assault.
During her testimony, Jessie B continued to lie under oath that she never knew nor had any contact with any other women in the Anand Jon case. However, her online and phone records show a much different story. Jessie B was in contact with many of the other complaining witnesses. None of this proves beyond reasonable doubt that any crime was committed, much less "forcible rape".
Following a lengthy trial in LA and even after eliminating a whopping 43 counts against him, Anand Jon was still stuck with a handful of charges that included variations of inappropriate behavior, such as "inappropriate touching", "delinquency of a minor" and the one and only serious "forcible rape" of Jessie B. These charges are highly questionable as far as being criminal or illegal. The trial demonstrated that there was no actual physical evidence; the conviction was based only on her words, her testimony.
LA weekly reports that now Anand Jon has gone after attacking the remaining counts. He's started with the passing irrefutably with flying colors the nation's most reliable and accurate scientific examination – a polygraph or lie detector test. This verified what most already knew – Anand Jon is innocent of these accusations.
Investigation showed that Jessie B at an alarming rate picks up random strangers online, initiated by her. Dozens of people. Full time. There is a disturbing pattern of regularly soliciting, initiating and pursuing strangers for random sexual encounters. It is blatantly evident from investigation in the social circles of MySpace, facethejury.com, onemodelplace.com (OMP), toospoiled.com, and phone records; she even brags about her bi-sexuality and promiscuity and illegal drug use.
This picture is quite far from the small-town-little-girl image the prosecutor tried to portray Jessie B as.
A "Mistress of Entrapment" theme dominates her MySpace profile and while she denies on record of doing any "illicit or nude modeling", it is contrary to her photos on OMP that show sleazy lingerie and naked photos.
In a case that has been filled with entrapment, conspiracy, extortion, witness coaxing, destruction of evidence and even racism there is a massive outcry for justice and a new trial.
It would simplify the case if she took Anand Jon's offer and took the lie detector test; unless, of course, Jessie B is afraid of the truth. "If the prosecutor does not even let their so-called strongest allegation and complaining witness face the lie detector test, do you think the others will?"
